Any additional information: As a professional chef of over 20 years, Martyn Grant has embraced the freshness and value of knowing locally sourced food producers. Our company seeks to connect with those producers and add value to the food that would already be going to market, as well as capitalizing on the food that might otherwise go to waste. We do food rescue, pickling and canning, jerky and sausage, sous-vide preparations, meal planning and prep, event catering, and long term food preservation strategies.
